STAGE ONE - QUOTATION
- Short phone call with our qualified electrician
- Photos are requested from customer
- Location of charger is identified - a permanent structure such as a brick wall
- Customer is advised if the install is considered ‘standard’ or ‘non-standard’, taking into account cable run length, routing, and any additional bespoke requirements
- Quotation is sent to the customer for approval
STAGE TWO - INSTALLATION
- Electrician will conduct a safety check of existing electrics to ensure the charger can be installed that day, in accordance with the 18th edition wiring regulations BS7671. If remedial works are required to resolve existing issues before the charger can be safely installed, this will be quoted to the customer.
- TC EC will install the charger in the confirmed location and then test it
- Customer is given a demonstration and an opportunity to ask any questions
- Customer will receive an NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificate within 5 days
STAGE 3: GUARANTEE
- All of our EV installs are guaranteed for 12 months, providing you with peace of mind
